Summary of the version dated July 21, 2026.

What we collect

What you give us when you fill in a form or contact us: your name, email, job title or role, school or district, city and state, phone number if you add one, and anything you write in a message. If you name a contact at your school, we keep that name too.

Basic technical information is collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

We do not collect sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

To answer demo and information requests, to get in touch with a school when a student, advisor or family asks us to, to run research conversations with people who volunteer, to improve Involve, to keep the site secure, and to follow the law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to run the site, such as for hosting and storing form submissions, and they handle your information only to do that job for us.

If Involve is ever merged with or sold to another company, your information may move with it.

Cookies and analytics

We use website analytics to see which pages are useful. How cookies and similar technologies are used, and how to control them, is described in our Cookie Policy.

Students and children

Involve is intended for people aged 13 and older. Anyone under 18 should have a parent or guardian’s permission to use our services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we delete it if we learn we have.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law requires. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent you gave us. We will not treat you differently for asking. Email us at privacy@joininvolve.com. If we turn down a request, you can appeal by email.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection.

Questions

Email privacy@joininvolve.com and a person will reply. We will post changes to this policy, with a new date, when they happen.
