Involve was founded by two brothers who saw firsthand how hard it was for students to discover opportunities, join clubs, and actually be part of school life.
Why we started Involve
As I started preparing for college applications, I remember staring at the extracurricular section and realizing how much I’d missed — not because I wasn’t interested, but because I rarely knew what opportunities existed. Clubs got a fifteen-minute mention at a fair once a year, or a line on the morning loudspeaker when most of us were still half asleep.
Senior year, I finally did something about it. I helped start the Hispanic & Latin Union Club, joined the Business Ethics team, and met people I never would have otherwise. It was some of the best time I spent in high school.
My younger brother, Josh, watched it happen and didn’t wait. He started as a freshman — today he’s class president, in more clubs than I can count.
Same discovery. Different timing. That gap led us to ask a simple question: what if every student could easily discover opportunities, find their community, and be seen for what they build — from day one?
That’s why we started Involve.

Our purpose
We exist because every student deserves a real shot at belonging, and a real place to be seen for it once they find it — not by luck, not by timing, not by who they already know. We’re not waiting for someone else to build that. We’re building it now, and every student, advisor, and district who joins us is part of making it real.
